Tell Congress to pass standardized NIL rights for student-athletes!

Every year, college sports draw tens of millions of viewers. The student-athletes who work hard to compete and represent their schools deserve the chance to monetize their name, image, and likeness. 

As it stands, each state has its own rules when it comes to letting players monetize their brands. 

But a lack of consistency in state laws unfairly favors students in different states and has potentially damning consequences for the NCAA which could be susceptible to player antitrust lawsuits. 

Senator Ted Cruz is working on a bill to standardize federal name, image, and likeness rules across the country to protect student-athletes and give them the ability to thrive.
