This follows alarming cases like an AI “nudifying” app, rated for kids as young as four, and ongoing lawsuits against apps like TikTok for misleading age ratings that expose young users to explicit content.

Survey results show that 87% of parents want tech companies to take more responsibility for protecting children, while 83% fear their kids could be exposed to dangerous online interactions.
