End Section 230!

Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers and Congressman Frank Pallone Jr. are leading the charge on what could be the biggest piece of legislation this year: ending Section 230.

Section 230 allows Big Tech to have nearly unlimited immunity and it's harming our children. They are developing algorithms that push harmful content on to our kids’ feeds and refusing to strengthen their platforms’ protections against predators, drug dealers, sex traffickers, extortioners and cyberbullies.

And the worst part? Big Tech is profiting from all of it.

It's time to sunset Section 230! This will require Congress and stakeholders to create a solution that ensures accountability, protects innovation and free speech, and reflects the realities of the digital age.
