China remains our biggest economic rival.

Time and again, they’ve tried to undermine our sovereignty by flying spy balloons over our military bases or sending spies to infiltrate our government. Now, they’re trying to take over by buying up large plots of American farmland.

Senators Jim Banks and Tommy Tuberville recently introduced the ‘Protecting America’s Agricultural Land from Foreign Harm Act’ which would prohibit the sale of U.S. agricultural land to anyone tied to the government of China.

This bill is critical to protecting our homeland and returning ownership of our farmland back to American citizens.
