A new bill rammed through the Colorado state House would threaten parents who don’t agree with the left’s woke transgenderism ideology.
If signed into law, HB25-1312 would impose state-mandated gender policies on schools and enforce “coercive control” in child custody cases when a parent does not affirm a child’s gender identity by misgendering them or deadnaming them.
In other words, the government would have the right to take children away from their parents if they’re not willing to affirm their child’s mental health distress.
Parents all across Colorado are speaking out against this totalitarian transgenderism bill, but they need more voices to join the fight.
