Tell Biden: Don't Pack the Supreme Court

Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the Democratic leadership just made an announcement that will forever change the fabric of the United States.

Despite their claims of respecting America’s institutions, the Democrats' controversial plan to restructure the Supreme Court is now in motion.
This unprecedented move threatens to undermine the checks and balances that are fundamental to our democracy.

Biden and Harris are outraged by the cases they've lost. In response, they are pushing to override Supreme Court decisions, force out conservative justices with unconstitutional term limits, and institute a biased “ethics code” designed to undermine the impartiality of the Court. This is a blatant attempt to tilt the judiciary in their favor and erode the independence of one of our nation's most critical institutions.

Fortunately, radical policy proposals like these require Congressional approval. This makes it all the more imperative to rally behind our strong Republican legislators who are tirelessly fighting in the House and Senate to protect our Constitution and prevent these disastrous changes.

Stand with the Republicans in Congress and demand that they block all of Biden and Harris’ dangerous attempts to reshape the Supreme Court. Our nation’s future depends on it!
