Finally, Republicans in Congress are close to passing the CLARITY Act which would establish a clear path for businesses and organizations to raise funds with crypto and protect American consumers from being taken advantage of by foreign governments or bad actors.

If advanced, the CLARITY Act would give small businesses new ways to raise money, strengthening the market while leveling the playing field for entrepreneurs and innovators.
